Refund Policy Statement:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll be happy to consider providing a replacement or refund. For issues due to customer errors, we are unable to provide refunds, but we offer a discount on reprints. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that custom orders are final sale.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Defective or Damaged Prints: If an order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will usually offer a full refund or a replacement.
Customer Errors: If the error is on the customer’s end (such as incorrect file uploaded, spelling errors, or incorrect size/format chosen), refunds are usually not provided. However, we may offer discounts on re-orders. - Timeframe for Refund Requests
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receipt by providing proof, such as photos of the damage or errors to [email protected] - Conditions for Returns
We may require the return of the defective product before issuing a refund or sending a replacement. - Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, special prints, or items produced to a customer’s exact specifications may be considered final sale and non-refundable, unless there is an error or damage. - Processing Times for Refunds
